We have all heard the phrase, “forgive and forget.” But what does this actually mean?

Not all actions are equal. Some are harder to forgive than others. Some are a breach of trust, others are simply an annoyance (and everything in between!).

We share our thoughts about what it takes to forgive, when forgetting might be the better option, and when it might not be.

Forgiveness is always the ideal, but sometimes it is really hard to choose to forgive. Also, we believe that forgiveness isn't linear. It's not always a one time event, either. It is sometimes something you need to practice.
